In a sealless magnetic drive vane pump, the external magnet assembly, directly coupled to the motor shaft, transmits torque to the internal magnet through magnetic coupling.
The resulting magnetic field generates rotation without any physical contact between the driving and driven components, allowing the rotor to spin.
The vanes housed inside the rotor slide radially in and out of their slots during rotation, creating the pumping action and transferring the fluid through the pump.
The rear casing is positioned between the two magnetic assemblies, forming a hermetic barrier that separates the hydraulic section from the motor side and ensures complete sealing of the pumped liquid.
