Anti-corrosion industrial pumps suitable for pumping acids and bases fluids and highly corrosive liquids
The HPP-HPF series magnetic drive rotary vane pumps are manufactured in thermoplastic materials (PP/PVDF) and are suitable for handling corrosive liquids, alkalis, toxic, harmful and carcinogenic fluids.
Thanks to the advanced magnetic drive system, HPP-HPF pumps minimize the risk of leakage, while also reducing overall maintenance costs.
These pumps are particularly suitable for low flow and high head applications, such as pilot plants and sampling systems, where precision and safety are essential.
* The head and flow of the pump refer to the performance with water at room temperature. Should liquids at high temperatures and with high viscosity and density be pumped the performance has to be calculated accordingly. The electric motor should be selected on the basis of the viscosity and the specific weight given by the customer.

The HPP/HPF series pumps are manufactured in thermoplastic materials (PP or PVDF), offering excellent compatibility with acids, alkaline solutions, chemicals and hazardous fluids. These materials ensure high corrosion resistance and long-term durability in aggressive environments.
The static shaft used in HPP/HPF magnetic drive rotary vane pumps is manufactured in Alumina 99.7% (Al₂O₃), a highly resistant ceramic material.
This ensures maximum structural stability and excellent resistance to aggressive and corrosive chemicals.

HPP/HPF pumps are equipped with NdFeBÂ magnets, capable of generating high magnetic torque.
Magnetic drive pumps are designed with a special sealless configuration that is suitable for handling acids, chemicals, corrosive and dangerous liquids thanks to the high chemical resistance of their construction materials and to the absence of leakage and emissions. The design is really simple and it requires very little maintenance with consequent cost savings in terms of repairing, spare parts and machine downtime (costs during the pump life). This type of pump is not suitable for transferring liquids with solids. Liquid must necessarily be clean and free of suspended solids.
